About Danielle Smith Heath
Danielle Smith Heath is a Southeast Louisiana native. Danielle is a graduate of Louisiana State University. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2011. Danielle has continued her education since graduation with annual attendance at numerous legal training seminars in various aspects of the law.
Danielle’s legal practice consists of a very diverse workload, including personal injury, workers’ compensation, contract law, and estate planning. She is admitted to practice law before all of Louisiana and Texas State Courts as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Louisiana.
Danielle is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. She is a lifelong member and serves on the board of trustees at Fifth African Baptist Church in St. Rose, LA.
Danielle is happily married to Jonathan Heath, and the doting mother to Elle.
